We are the sole owners of the information we collect on this site, except in the case of information regarding Numi cardholders. Information regarding Numi cardholders is also the property of the bank issuing the cardholder’s Numi card.

If you are a Numi cardholder, we may use information provided by or obtained from you to update the account information or other records related to your card, and the bank issuing the card has access to these records.
